WMA House System
Welcome to Our RCA-Inspired House System!
At Anderson Elementary, we’re proud to implement the Ron Clark Academy House System—a dynamic and inclusive way to build community, character, and school spirit!
Every student and staff member belongs to one of four Houses, each with its own unique name, color, symbol, and core value. Once sorted, you remain in your House for life—creating a strong sense of identity, belonging, and pride.
Throughout the year, Houses earn points for demonstrating positive behavior, teamwork, leadership, and academic excellence. These points are tracked schoolwide and celebrated regularly, culminating in exciting House competitions and rewards.
The RCA House System encourages:
-
Character Development: Honesty, kindness, and respect are consistently reinforced.
-
Student Engagement: Everyone plays a part, from cheering peers to leading school-wide events.
-
Positive School Culture: Friendly competition inspires unity, motivation, and school pride.
Each House becomes a family within the larger school, helping students form friendships across grade levels, feel supported, and grow as leaders.
We believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and connected—and the House System makes that possible in a fun and meaningful way.
Let the House pride roar—together, we rise!
